November...back at it!

I had a great holiday, lots of relaxing and recharging. My new Jeep Summit worked flawlessly on the trip to and from, 16 hours each way. It has some amazing options that do make a long drive easier. How did I ever do without Lane Assist I will never know and massaging seats are kinda cool. Hated to trade off my LandRover but the mileage was getting close to 100000K so it was time.

I collected driftwood and stones from Willaston Lake and the Beatton River. Beaver chewed wood is plentiful here and I collect alot every year but the driftwood roots and whatnot here are just not as good as the trees from BC. I guess I am a little partial to it. We spent a great day in the dunes and on the shores of Willaston. So many rocks to polish this winter.

Once home I had some custom orders to finish up. I don't really don't do alot of Christmas decoration type suncatchers. Mostly just some poinsettias, angels, Grinch hands and garlands. Probably because I always leave it too long and it doesn't make sense to make decorations in late November and December. lol Although, I did take a few Christmas tree decs to The Artisan Farmhouse in Fort St John. I will still take custom orders for them for a few more weeks too.

Working on getting my Etsy/Wix product numbers back up to about 130. Here is a project I am beginning next week. A panel that is 18 x 44. A leaded panel to replace broken glass in a shelving unit. Should be a fun, easy project. Saw this white bunny in the back yard last week. We still haven't receieved ANY snow yet. Craziness. Not good for 2025 fire season. But this is northern Saskatchewan so snow is bound to come soon.

Have a great weekend all and take some time to remember our veterans and all they have done for us. November 11.
